This guitar can be heard in rhythm action on some recordings by Scottish beat combo 'The Kaisers' first three LP's, particularly the songs 'Like I do', and 'Don't go with him'

"I inherited my father's Verithin (s/n 579) which I understand was bought new circa 1961 and was used regularly ever since."
One of the tuners has been swopped out and it needs a new teacup knob

A pretty Verithin that was stripped by a previous owner, fitted with a Bigsby and a nice rectangular panel which is typical of this period, but the pickups appear to have been swopped for another type, maybe Gibson. Also note the rounded end to the neck.
